Unibots is looking for an enthusiastic Publisher Relationship Manager to handle publisher onboarding and foster long-term partnerships in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new digital publishers and ensure smooth integration with platform technologies.
• Manage ongoing communication and build strong professional relationships with web publishers.
• Monitor publisher performance metrics, ad delivery, and revenue optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical and ad operations teams to resolve publisher queries promptly.
• Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify trends and yield enhancement strategies.
• Educate publishers on best practices, monetization policies, and new ad inventory formats.
• Negotiate commercial terms and revenue share agreements under senior guidance.
• Address troubleshooting requests related to ad tags, SDK integration, and reporting discrepancies.
• Track partner retention and implement proactive measures to minimize publisher churn.
• Maintain comprehensive records of publisher interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with finance teams to verify billing, payment disbursement, and revenue reports.
