Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions with industrial clients.
• Visit industrial manufacturing plants across India to understand specific plant machinery requirements.
• Take precise site measurements for couplings, cardan shafts, sprockets, pulleys, and transmission components.
• Discuss and deliver tailored technical solutions with plant maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide appropriate equipment recommendations.
• Deliver technical seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions for key customers.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and support sales teams in quotation finalization.
• Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams for product customization and new product development.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, site visit summaries, and component measurement sheets.
• Develop and nurture strong long-term relationships with key accounts in steel, cement, and power plants.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project delivery timelines.
