Key Responsibilities

• Analyze survey reports, long-range plans, maps, and technical data to plan and execute construction projects.
• Evaluate project risks, municipal regulations, and environmental hazards during the planning and risk-analysis stage.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor while maintaining strict budget control.
• Develop and forecast detailed construction timelines and milestone delivery schedules.
• Prepare, complete, and submit permit documentation to appropriate regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee on-site geotechnical investigations and soil testing to establish ground strength and structural feasibility.
• Utilize computer-aided design software to review and create project drawings, schematics, and structural renderings.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and field labor teams to maintain quality construction standards.
• Manage maintenance, structural repairs, and inspection workflows for ongoing infrastructure operations.
• Verify that all construction materials and methodologies comply with site engineering specifications.
• Track daily site progress, material usage, and milestone reports for review by senior management.
• Enforce on-site workplace safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance throughout all construction phases.
