The Owl Co. is seeking a Content & E-commerce Management Executive to oversee online catalog operations, enhance digital product listings, and support marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and company web portals.
• Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and feature bullets.
• Ensure all product images, specifications, pricing, and variant details are accurate and properly displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels on active platforms to avoid out-of-stock situations and update stock availability.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-converting banners and visual assets.
• Track daily marketplace metrics, conversion rates, and sales trends to recommend catalog optimizations.
• Coordinate with supply chain and customer service teams to resolve product fulfillment and listing queries.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking on pricing, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
• Manage promotional campaigns, discount coupons, and seasonal sales events across storefronts.
• Audit listings regularly to identify policy non-compliance, suppressed listings, or broken links and resolve them promptly.
