The Formal Edit is looking for a Content & E-commerce Management Executive to oversee online apparel cataloging, digital merchandising, and web content operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product uploads and catalog updates on Shopify, Amazon, and other partner marketplace portals.
• Draft compelling fashion copy, product descriptions, and care guides tailored to target audiences.
• Maintain consistent product taxonomy, tagging, sizing charts, and variant configurations across the store.
• Collaborate with photoshoot and creative teams to curate and upload high-resolution product media.
• Monitor inventory syncs between warehouse management systems and online storefronts.
• Track customer reviews, inquiries, and return reasons to enhance listing clarity and satisfaction.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to boost organic product discovery on search engines.
• Assist with setting up promotional banners, flash sales, coupon codes, and collection pages.
• Conduct regular quality checks across product URLs to ensure correct pricing and active links.
• Analyze daily traffic, cart abandonment, and conversion rates to recommend merchandising adjustments.
• Support social commerce integrations and basic digital marketing initiatives.
