Talentgigs is hiring a Python AI/ML Developer to join the Innovations Team, focusing on exploring emerging technologies, rapid prototyping, and delivering AI/ML solutions across document intelligence, generative AI, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and interactive proof-of-concept applications.
• Build reliable data ingestion pipelines, clean unstructured datasets, and engineer relevant features.
• Apply classical machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Integrate AI and ML models into production backend microservices using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark emerging open-source LLMs such as LLaMA, Mistral, and OpenAI models.
• Develop and refine prompt engineering workflows and robust LLM orchestration integrations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, UI/UX, and DevOps engineers.
• Optimize model latency, throughput, and resource utilization for high-scale backend deployments.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and validation frameworks for deployed AI systems.
• Maintain code quality and modularity using version control and software engineering best practices.
• Research new artificial intelligence advancements to identify high-value innovation opportunities.
