Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching architectural design and strategy for artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives.
• Architect scalable, high-performance AI models and algorithmic frameworks tailored for complex engineering domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into EDA workflows.
• Evaluate state-of-the-art deep learning models, frameworks, and hardware accelerators to drive innovation.
• Define end-to-end AI system requirements, data pipelines, and deployment architectures.
• Optimize neural network inference and training performance on distributed computing environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring senior developers and research engineers across development cycles.
• Establish engineering best practices for model validation, monitoring, benchmarking, and lifecycle management.
• Drive research and prototyping of novel AI architectures to address challenging domain-specific problems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize high-performance computing resources and GPU clusters.
• Interface with executive stakeholders to align AI architectural vision with business and product objectives.
