Stanza Shipping (India) Private Limited is looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and build relationships in the logistics and shipping sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients requiring freight and shipping services.
• Conduct in-person field visits and client presentations to showcase shipping solutions.
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, direct networking, and field research.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and propose appropriate freight packages.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate rates, and close freight contracts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients and shippers.
• Coordinate with internal operations and customer support teams for seamless cargo handling.
• Follow up on client invoices, outstanding payments, and order documentation.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for freight volume and revenue.
• Maintain comprehensive sales pipeline records and submit daily field reports.
