Role Overview

The Deputy Manager / Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities at the Square Raipur Office. The role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Raipur office.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, operational guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Admin, Finance, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Plan work schedules, allocate responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization

• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Drive process improvement and efficiency-enhancement initiatives.
• Support automation and technology-driven initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure ti
