Experience : 3 to 6 Years Technical Skills and Experience: Strong Core Java (JDK 8 plus) experience, Spring boot, Spring, Rest based Microservices Experience in cloud hosting and supporting applications (AWS / GCP) Proficient in CI/CD toolchain including Git, Junit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifact repositories, SonarQube, Others Hands on experience with Container Orchestration, Kubernetes. Troubleshooting using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc in complex cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and working experience of Web protocols, Web Services and REST APIs
• Own core deliverables associated with the Java Developers role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
