Search Advisers Services is hiring a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead finance operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance for an established enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), annual budgeting, and regular cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure seamless compliance and transition from Indian GAAP to Ind AS standards.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax operations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs regulations.
• Handle tax assessments, litigation matters, and notices in consultation with tax consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive MIS packs and executive reporting dashboards for top leadership.
• Drive internal control frameworks and ensure adherence to statutory and corporate governance standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and build the capabilities of a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure clean and timely audit sign-offs.
• Leverage ERP systems like SAP or Focus ERP alongside Power BI for robust financial tracking.
