Hiring Graduate and Diploma Civil Engineers for on-site execution and supervision of building, road, and bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities directly on the project site.
• Review structural drawings, blueprints, and architectural layouts for site execution.
• Monitor the quality of concrete pouring, reinforcement placement, and shuttering work.
• Inspect incoming construction raw materials including cement, sand, and steel.
• Maintain site measurement sheets and assist in preparing daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site labour to maintain work schedules.
• Conduct standard field tests such as slump tests, compaction tests, and cube testing.
• Verify that construction activities comply with civil engineering codes and project specifications.
• Ensure stringent enforcement of site safety guidelines, PPE usage, and hazard prevention.
• Assist project managers in recording material consumption and managing inventories.
• Identify site deviations promptly and escalate structural concerns to senior project engineers.
