The Manager/Sr. Manager, Internal Recruiting will serve as a strategic talent leader and trusted advisor to Salesforce's senior leadership in India, driving the end-to-end internal mobility and talent strategy across the region.

• Serves as a strategic talent partner to senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition partners across India.
• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of recruiters.
• Drives hiring goals through rigorous headcount planning.
