Job Description Civil Engineer with strong expertise in structural analysis, ground direction and geotechnical assessment, modular structure fabrication, and stress/pressure analysis. The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supporting fabrication of modular civil structures while ensuring safety, performance, and compliance with engineering standards.

• The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supporting fabrication of modular civil structures while ensuring safety, performance, and compliance with engineering standards
• NP- Immediate to 30 days Exp- 3+ yrs Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis of civil components and systems to ensure strength, stability, and durability.Evaluate ground direction and geotechnical parameters, including soil behavior, foundation interaction, and load transfer mechanisms.Support design, fabrication, and installation of modular structures, ensuring constructability and efficiency.Conduct stress, strain, and pressure analysis for structural elements under static and dynamic loading conditions.Collaborate with fabrication teams to optimize manufacturing techniques and assembly processes for modular construction.Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.Participate in site inspections, troubleshooting, and structural performance assessments
• Plan and execute Civil Engineer Structural & Modular Systems workstreams with close attention to safety, quality, and production feasibility.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and execution constraints before work begins.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Identify process risks early and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor adherence to standards, procedures, and engineering requirements during execution.
• Support root-cause analysis for defects, delays, or non-conformance events and drive closure actions.
• Improve process capability through structured observations, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document technical decisions, changes, and lessons learned for repeatable execution.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria for smooth handoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, compliance, and production-readiness expectations.
• Experience coordinating with production, QA, supply chain, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to review specifications, drawings, technical constraints, and execution plans carefully.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills in hands-on delivery environments.
• Comfort documenting process improvements, technical observations, and execution risks.
