Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective leads through outbound calling and scheduled virtual demos.
• Assess learners' communication needs and recommend tailored learning programs.
• Demonstrate platform features and educational benefits clearly to parents.
• Overcome sales objections and guide prospects toward final enrollment.
• Achieve daily call volume benchmarks and meet weekly admissions targets.
• Manage end-to-end follow-up cycles with high-intent prospective families.
• Update call outcomes, deal stages, and customer notes within the CRM.
• Collaborate with academic counselors to ensure a seamless learner onboarding experience.
• Participate in periodic sales reviews and skill development workshops.
• Maintain excellent customer rapport to drive word-of-mouth referrals.
