- As a new business development professional, you will be responsible to onboard new clients(B2B/institutional)
- Leading Sales conversation with the prospective clients.
- Pitch relevant solutions from Pine Labs product suite depending on the needs of the client
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand services.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive demand and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and operations to develop and deliver new products and services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and partners.
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company goals and values.
- Manage and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
- Deploy the relevant go to market plan aligned to the market landscape - competition currently operating in the space, key players in the market, offerings of the competition and offerings that are unique to Pine Labs
- Generate in-depth insights by understanding customer needs using customer validation, buyer persona creation, customer building and customer discovery techniques
- Partner with leadership team in creating growth opportunities, identifying white spaces, newer segments and potential partnership opportunities in alignment with the market landscape and customer insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute a successful channel launch
- Define and track the relevant success metrices for the go to market plan

- Ability to understand client’s requirement & deliver clients solutions through need based selling
- Experience in identifying, negotiating and experience in handling larger clients.
