- Customer data analysis and segmentation for banking campaigns
- Campaign fulfilment activities including audience selection and validation
- Prepare campaign-ready datasets for email, SMS, and digital campaigns
- Perform compliance and data quality checks before campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as response, conversion, and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams for loan and deposit campaigns
- Strong expertise in SQL (Data Extraction, Joins, Large Datasets)
- Experience in Campaign Fulfilment / Campaign Management
- Strong understanding of Loans & Deposits in Retail Banking
- BFSI / Banking domain experience (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
