Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations across various social media platforms.
• Create engaging social media copy, captions, and creative posts for multiple channels.
• Design basic graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels, track audience engagement, and promptly respond to comments and queries.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics across social platforms to optimize engagement.
• Conduct research on current industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative brand marketing initiatives.
• Identify and engage with influencers to expand brand awareness and reach.
