Junior Civil Engineer - DSR & · Delhi

Optirecruit Global is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer specializing in estimation, DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates), and project billing for commercial interior and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates utilizing the Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR).
• Generate comprehensive BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BOMs (Bill of Materials) from architectural drawings.
• Perform precise quantity take-offs from structural and architectural engineering plans.
• Prepare, reconcile, and verify RA Bills, Client Bills, and Final Bills.
• Calculate exact material requirements and project execution quantities.
• Assist management in budget estimation, project costing, and cost control.
• Coordinate with procurement and project management teams for material planning.
• Maintain well-organized estimation files, billing records, and technical documentation.
• Review civil and architectural drawings to resolve billing and measurement discrepancies.
• Reconcile site material consumption against estimated billings and site records.
• Identify, track, and document extra items, claims, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, client contracts, and standard DSR guidelines.
