• Job Responsibilities & Duties - Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities - Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics - Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media - Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns - Handle social media platforms to engage audiences across traditional and new media - Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media - Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations - Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
• Own core deliverables associated with the Public Relations & Marketing Manager (Hyderabad) role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
