Medha is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Fashion Retail Sales & Marketing Associate to drive retail revenue, enhance brand presence, and deliver personalized customer styling experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, evaluate their styling preferences, and provide personalized fashion recommendations.
• Drive in-store revenue targets through proactive selling, up-selling, and cross-selling garments and accessories.
• Plan and implement creative local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase store footfall.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, arranging window displays and floor collections in alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Manage end-to-end billing, checkout procedures, and daily cash reconciliation using retail POS software.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee replenishment of stock on the sales floor, and assist with periodic inventory audits.
• Build and nurture repeat client relationships through proactive communication, loyalty rewards, and product updates.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging content and promote local in-store events on social media.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and product returns promptly with high standards of customer service.
• Track daily sales performance, consumer footfall trends, and best-selling product categories to report to management.
• Coordinate promotional product launches, festive seasonal sales, and in-store marketing activations.
• Analyze local competitor trends and consumer preferences to recommend merchandising adjustments.
