• While our global headquarters are in the Baltimore, Maryland, USA area, McCormick operates and serves customers from nearly 60 locations in 25 countries and 170 markets in Asia-Pacific, China, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and the Americas, including North, South and Central America The position will be responsible for managing simple to medium complexity global HR reporting, supporting internal and external audits, assisting with mass HR data uploads, and providing technical support for MySuccess platform
• Partner with leaders to align HR Data Analyst - remote priorities with business goals, team health, and talent needs.
• Advise managers on performance, engagement, organization design, and employee relations topics.
• Support workforce planning, hiring alignment, and talent-review processes with strong operational follow-through.
• Use people data and qualitative signals to identify themes, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Drive consistent application of policies, processes, and people programs across the organization.
• Coach stakeholders through change, conflict resolution, and communication-sensitive moments.
• Collaborate with recruiting, L&D, compensation, and leadership teams on cross-functional people initiatives.
• Improve employee experience by identifying friction points and strengthening manager enablement.
• Maintain careful documentation and sound judgment in confidential or high-sensitivity cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong communication, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive people matters.
• Ability to balance operational rigor with employee empathy and business alignment.
• Comfort partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams on talent priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvement and policy consistency.
