MB Learning India Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Proposal Designer to craft visually compelling presentations and bid proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact pitch decks, client proposals, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into visually appealing graphics.
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all templates, decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Create custom infographics, charts, diagrams, and visual assets to enhance storytelling.
• Format proposals, RFP responses, and business documents for clarity and professional presentation.
• Update and curate a centralized repository of presentation templates and visual assets.
• Conduct quality checks on typography, alignment, color palettes, and overall visual balance.
• Review draft materials and suggest layout improvements to maximize client engagement.
• Support leadership with urgent design iterations for client-facing meetings and webinars.
• Convert unstructured content and raw data into structured visual slides.
• Ensure timely turnaround of client deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality.
