Job Description

We are looking for 4 Components Sales Managers to join our India team, covering North, South, East, and West regions respectively. You will be responsible for driving Lexar's Component product sales through distribution channels, system integrators, laptop upgrade specialists, gaming, and government tenders in your designated region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Component distribution network across assigned region
  • Achieve annual sales targets and KPI metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Monitor market intelligence (competitor pricing, channel dynamics)
  • Collaborate with RSM and FOS teams to drive regional growth
  • Conduct training sessions for channel partners on product features and benefits
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
