Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design, planning, and space programming for complex airport facility developments.
• Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural construction drawings.
• Coordinate with internal structural and MEP engineering disciplines to ensure design harmony.
• Ensure design solutions adhere to statutory building regulations, airport authority standards, and safety codes.
• Prepare architectural specifications, finishes schedules, and tender documentation.
• Supervise the generation of BIM models and architectural detailing using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Review contractor submittals, material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with external consultants, airport operators, and client stakeholders on design approvals.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that construction works conform to architectural intent and standards.
• Identify and implement value engineering opportunities across architectural systems and materials.
