Kaduna Hospitality is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager for Touracle to identify, develop, and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to promote company services.
• Generate quality leads through cold calling, professional networking, and comprehensive market research.
• Convert client inquiries into active business by offering tailored holiday and travel solutions.
• Maintain high conversion rates through structured follow-ups on leads and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with key travel agents and enterprise clients.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly to deliver customized travel packages and solutions.
• Conduct business meetings, sales presentations, and commercial negotiations for long-term partnerships.
• Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to expand market reach.
• Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to leadership.
