Hiring an experienced Java Developer to lead core development and backend engineering for enterprise ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications for ERP platforms.
• Implement multithreading, concurrency, Executor services, and Java 8 Streams for high-volume transactions.
• Develop scalable microservices, MVC architectures, and both RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Build and optimize data access layers utilizing Spring Data, Spring JDBC, and Hibernate ORM.
• Manage database queries, indexing, and stored procedures across MySQL and MS SQL databases.
• Configure and deploy J2EE enterprise applications across web containers including Tomcat, Glassfish, and Jetty.
• Translate business and ERP operational requirements into clear technical specifications and stipulations.
• Build robust integrations with Point of Sale (POS) hardware, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate on mobile application development and connected backend service layers.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve functional defects and bottlenecks across production environments.
• Implement enterprise application security best practices, access controls, and data protection mechanisms.
