Key Responsibilities:

• Design logos and promotional packaging for shows and events.
• Ideate and create movie and special programming packages for promos and teasers.
• Develop unique festival special programming assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to create engaging content.
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with the channel’s communication strategy.
• Manage the graphics team and oversee project timelines.
• Utilize tools like Cinema 4D and After Effects for design work.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and creativity.
• Stay updated with design trends and audience preferences.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers.
