Institute of Selection is hiring a Qualified Chartered Accountant with specialized experience in Statutory Audits for leading corporate clients in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end statutory audit engagements for corporate and listed entities.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, and notes to accounts in compliance with Ind AS.
• Ensure thorough compliance with the Companies Act, applicable auditing standards, and regulations.
• Assess internal financial controls and risk management frameworks to identify operational gaps.
• Prepare, review, and finalize detailed audit working papers, documentation, and formal audit reports.
• Conduct analytical reviews of client financial data, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Liaise directly with client finance teams, controllers, and executive management during field audits.
• Identify accounting discrepancies, audit exceptions, and recommend necessary adjusting entries.
• Provide actionable recommendations to clients for improving internal control environments.
• Mentor and guide audit trainees and article assistants throughout engagement lifecycles.
