Sales & Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of your assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Regularly meet clients (34 daily face-to-face meetings) at their location
  • Ensure clients are actively using the platform and getting maximum value from services
  • Help clients maintain accurate and updated product/service listings (e-catalog)
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and increase revenue
  • Achieve fortnightly and monthly targets for client retention and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely closures and client satisfaction
  • Address and resolve client queries and complaints quickly and effectively

Preferred candidate profile

• Active listening and understanding the business contexts of clients

• Good Verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently

• 65%+ marks in 10th and 12th

• Any Graduate with minimum 9 months of experience in sales
