As an Embedded Software Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on space and rocket technology projects, contributing to avionics systems, launch vehicle electronics, and testing state-of-the-art propulsion components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software for avionics systems and satellite applications.
• Work with microcontrollers, processors, and peripheral interfaces for system integration.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and unit testing of embedded software written in C.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software co-design and integration.
• Perform low-level software debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning.
• Assist in drafting technical documentation, test cases, and engineering reports.
• Learn and apply SystemVerilog and VHDL for digital design and FPGA-based subsystems.
• Support engineering teams during system verification and hardware-in-the-loop validation processes.
• Identify and resolve timing, memory, and communication protocol issues in embedded targets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of embedded software development workflows.
