Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces and channels.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to enhance product discoverability.
• Monitor daily order processing, shipments, returns, and inventory availability across platforms.
• Analyze platform traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
• Execute and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and sponsored ad placements.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and catalog assortments to maintain market competitiveness.
• Resolve customer inquiries, order escalations, and seller support platform tickets.
• Generate periodic sales, revenue, and product performance reports for team review.
• Collaborate with graphic design and content teams to create high-converting product pages.
