H I R E is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee comprehensive finance, accounting, and compliance activities within the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finalization of books of accounts, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly MIS reporting for senior management and project leads.
• Handle end-to-end statutory taxation including GST, TDS, advance tax, and income tax filings.
• Facilitate timely execution of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal reviews.
• Manage project-wise accounting, budgeting, costing, and cash flow forecasts for construction projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with the Companies Act, RERA, and industry-specific regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure healthy liquidity.
• Perform regular vendor reconciliation, subcontractor billing verification, and payment approvals.
• Monitor general ledger entries and maintain accurate ERP/Tally accounting documentation.
