Growify Digital is looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to evaluate marketing campaigns, track key performance metrics, and generate actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance data across digital channels including social, search, and email.
• Track, report, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring performance reports for stakeholders.
• Perform competitive analysis and identify market trends to guide campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams to optimize audience targeting and ad spend.
• Monitor customer journey funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Clean, organize, and structure raw marketing data from multiple analytics platforms.
• Conduct A/B test analysis to evaluate landing pages, ad copy, and campaign variations.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Assist in budget forecasting, campaign allocation, and return on investment modeling.
• Synthesize complex analytical findings into clear, presentation-ready decks for management.
