Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end bid and tender preparation process for commercial and government space missions.
• Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and tenders to evaluate scope, eligibility, and risk factors.
• Collaborate with engineering, flight operations, legal, and finance teams to compile technical and commercial inputs.
• Draft, structure, and refine high-quality proposal responses, executive summaries, and compliance matrices.
• Formulate competitive pricing strategies, cost models, and financial schedules in alignment with internal finance guidelines.
• Ensure all submissions comply fully with client specifications, procurement rules, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a central repository of proposal templates, past performances, technical content, and reusable assets.
• Facilitate proposal review milestones, kick-off meetings, and internal sign-offs with executive leadership.
• Coordinate post-bid activities, including client clarifications, presentations, and best and final offers (BAFO).
• Track tender win/loss metrics and implement continuous improvements to streamline the proposal development lifecycle.
