Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technical architects and product managers to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and participate actively in the overall architecture and technical design of enterprise product platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable RESTful web services.
• Implement innovative security and architectural patterns across the core Java ecosystem.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level software developers within the engineering team.
• Drive modular component development leveraging modern Spring Boot and Microservices frameworks.
• Partner with quality assurance and DevOps engineers to implement robust continuous integration and automated test suites.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and optimize application bottlenecks to ensure low latency and high availability.
• Lead technical discussions, evaluate emerging tools and technologies, and drive continuous architectural improvements.
