Operations Manager - Life Scie · Delhi

This role will be responsible for leading the entire workstream for the assigned clients in the Life Sciences sector. The Operations Manager will report to the Head of Life Sciences Operations and collaborate closely with business directors, clients, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day creative and digital production operations.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements for operational excellence.
• Manage a larger operations team with on-the-ground execution.
• Handle global Life Sciences/Pharma clients effectively.
• Ensure deliverables across various mediums are met.
• Monitor account profitability and growth.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Prepare and present operational reports to stakeholders.
