Associate Investment Banking/IPO We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably in Statutory Audit, to join our Investment Banking team. Work Responsibilities - Execution of financial due diligence assignments including analysis of historical financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital assessment, cash flow analysis, and identification of key financial risk areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Associate Investment Banking/IPO We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably in Statutory Audit, to join our Investment Banking team
• Work Responsibilities - Execution of financial due diligence assignments including analysis of historical financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital assessment, cash flow analysis, and identification of key financial risk areas
• - Review and analysis of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS framework along with assessment of accounting treatments and financial disclosures
• Own core deliverables associated with the Chartered Accountant (Audit to Investment Banking/IPO) (Delhi) role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
