Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Develop dynamic emails, landing pages, and forms using AMPScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).

- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Set up API-based integrations for triggered messaging and data ingestion.
- Manage subscriber data, data extensions, contact models, and list segmentations.
- Implement deliverability best practices, sender authentication (SAP), and domain verification.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers in best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional marketing requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Perform quality assurance and end-to-end testing of customer communications.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and monitor system performance and data synchronization.
