Java Developer (P&C Insurance) · Hyderabad

BlitzenX is seeking an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance platforms to develop enterprise-grade microservices in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise Java applications for P&C Insurance platforms.
• Build scalable, secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Translate insurance business requirements into high-performing technical specifications.
• Work on domain modules covering Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting.
• Integrate messaging systems and event streams using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical grooming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including product owners, BAs, and QA engineers.
• Optimize database queries and data persistence models in relational SQL databases.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure application security, code maintainability, and architectural best practices.
