• Acquire, update and maintain high-quality alternatives data using various internal tools and software.
• Conduct in-depth web-based research to collect data relating to firms such as Company Information, Deals, Investments, Valuation and other key data points of the firm.
• Interpret company filings, deal information, and structured/unstructured data.
• Update Preqin’s databases with key financial information, statistics, and metrics.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the development of data quality assurance processes.
• Support data-driven decision making by providing timely and accurate data.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss data management strategies.
• Document data processes and maintain comprehensive records.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance data management skills.
