Bizfoc Business Solutions is hiring an Operations Executive to oversee daily administrative processes, support business workflows, and streamline service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure timely project delivery and business compliance.
• Maintain, update, and audit operational databases and spreadsheets using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in streamlining operational workflows and identifying process bottlenecks.
• Liaise between internal teams and external clients to resolve operational inquiries.
• Generate and present regular operational performance and efficiency reports to management.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverable quality.
• Handle documentation, records management, and administrative compliance procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and managing account requirements.
• Track resource utilization and operational expenses against budget guidelines.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
