Sales & Account Management

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting & execution of the association for Digital Payments / Products and Solutions with clients with engagement strategy and priorities.

  • Develop relationship with assigned account across all functions in the account & be the primary point of contact on behalf of the organisation.

  • Undertake Presentations / product demos / Proposals and successfully negotiate closure in line with strategic priorities, revenue, and profitability targets by understanding clients existing business model.

  • Serve as the expert and advocate for the payments landscape to identify and understand the opportunities, challenges, and potential priorities to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Align and manage internal stakeholders within products and technology to ensure timely deliverables, maintain regular visibility of project's progress and impact post go-live.

  • Liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of trends in the payments industry across all products and provide feedback and insights to internal teams to maintain a competitive advantage on grounds of product, process and tech at ongoing basis.

Qualification

  • Minimum qualification is graduation with good academic performance through out. MBA is an added advantage
