Belen IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Java Developer to contribute to hands-on development and scaling of enterprise-grade, product-based backend applications for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices-based backend architectures for high scalability and throughput.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive JUnit test suites to ensure high code quality.
• Test and document backend APIs using Postman and Swagger specifications.
• Implement and optimize complex SQL queries and database interactions primarily on Oracle.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and SSO.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, identify bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor and optimize backend application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog estimation.
• Collaborate closely with UI, QA, and DevOps engineers to support end-to-end releases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
