Key Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance across supported applications while collaborating with DevSecOps teams to embed test automation.
• Design, build, and extend robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for integration, regression, and UAT.
• Implement automated quality and security gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure release readiness.
• Partner with Product Owners and developers to understand requirements and define clear testable acceptance criteria.
• Lead the initial setup of automated CI/CD test workflows and transition operational monitoring to DevSecOps specialists.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using enterprise defect management and tracking systems.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform verification for commercial software platforms.
• Define, track, and report on quality assurance KPIs, automation coverage, and release defect metrics.
• Proactively prototype testing improvements and evaluate modern testing tools to enhance release velocity.
