Aptiv is hiring a Facility Lead in Chennai to oversee facility operations, infrastructure management, and vendor partnerships across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility management and infrastructure maintenance operations.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, security, housekeeping, and cafeteria services.
• Ensure full compliance with local statutory regulations, safety, and EHS policies.
• Plan and manage the annual operational and capital facility expenditure budgets.
• Oversee office space planning, workstation allocation, and internal relocations.
• Maintain critical utility systems including HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire protection systems.
• Drive energy conservation, sustainability, and waste management initiatives on-site.
• Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to address facility maintenance needs.
• Coordinate emergency response, disaster management, and business continuity plans.
• Supervise facilities staff and service providers to maintain workplace standards.
