• What Youll Do Design, prototype, and build robust data pipelines, APIs, and analytical systems using Python Own and evolve large-scale distributed systems across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse Lead and mentor junior engineers while maintaining your own strong IC contributions Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and trading teams to scope and ship features Bring a systems thinking mindset ensuring performance, monitoring, and maintainability Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions for real-time data processing and analytics Drive best practices in software development, testing, and code reviews
• Design, build, and improve software systems that support the goals of the Python Developer/ Python Developer function.
• Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
