Business Analyst · Gurugram

Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for digital initiatives (e.g., enhancements to SAP, Salesforce, LIMS).

• Process Improvement: Conduct gap analysis and map "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes to optimize workflows in regulated environments.

• System Validation Support (GxP): Collaborate with Quality and IT teams to develop and execute validation protocols and test cases (IQ/OQ/PQ) for GxP-relevant systems.

• Solution Design: Partner with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure proposed solutions align with documented requirements and technical feasibility.

• Training & Adoption: Create training materials and conduct end-user training to drive the successful adoption of new or enhanced applications

Experience & Education

• Experience: 4-6 years in a Business Analyst or similar role, specifically supporting IT projects in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing).

• Key Skills: Proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), strong understanding of process mapping tools, and working knowledge of GxP/CSV documentation standards.
  
• Education: B.Tech/B.E (Computer Science/IT) or B.Pharma/M.Sc with a relevant IT certification. • Industry Benchmarks: Experience supporting USFDA/MHRA audit activities related to IT systems and data integrity.
