Alt Tribe is seeking a proactive Store Sales & Operations Executive to manage daily retail counter operations, ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience, and support store performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements to recommend suitable products.
• Drive store sales conversions through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
• Manage end-to-end billing, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and handle cash/digital transactions accurately.
• Maintain optimal stock levels on the shop floor and coordinate inventory replenishment from the stockroom.
• Assist in visual merchandising standards to ensure displays are appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and daily reconciliations of physical stock against system counts.
• Address customer queries, grievances, and exchange requests promptly to uphold brand reputation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all display and storage areas.
• Prepare daily sales and footfall reports for store management.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery personnel for inward stock receipt and verification.
• Ensure compliance with company retail policies and operational procedures.
