Alex Textile is looking for a Client Service Specialist to manage customer communications and ensure high service satisfaction across orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintain and build positive, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams to facilitate order fulfilment.
• Address and resolve client complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Track order status, shipments, and supply schedules to provide accurate client updates.
• Prepare regular customer service reports and logs of client interactions.
• Collect and document feedback from clients to help improve service quality.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoicing queries, and account reconciliation details.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and operational workflows.
• Maintain an organized database of client profiles, requests, and communication histories.
